Relationship between customer focus, innovation, and committed people and their impact on business performance: A case of Turkish firms
Abstract
This paper examines the impact of the three organizational success factors-customer focus, innovation, and personnel commitment-on the business performance of Turkish firms. A survey instrument was developed and administered to the managers of the firms.
